Overall this comes in at number 3/4 for me. Only behind I&W and SFAM. Can't decide if it's better than Awake. This could also very likely change over the course of the next couple weeks/months.

May not seem like it with my ratings of the first 3 songs, but I LOVE this album.  My favorite since SFAM 

I just feel like the album really starts taking off at track 4, and never lets up(maybe a bit on FFH but that's ok) till the end.  I think the only one I'll skip on most future listens is LNF.

Nice pointing this out. I tried to explain this on review thread but quickly hit a wall. Maybe lot of you weren't here but same thing happened with SC and Octavarium when they got out I realize we are all excited but should keep doze of realism.

As for rankings... Hmmm I could say for now that Breaking All Illusions scores around 80, and I consider it best on album by far. Need more listens though, but even after 10+ now it's not growing in me at all.

There were a lot of mixed reviews when SC and Octavarium first came out. Hell, I remember many people being flat out angry at some of the directions DT went with in some of the songs lol. TOT also got a lot of hate for it's mostly metal sound. ADTOE seems to be getting highly positive reviews so far, much more so than the past four albums.

I think this album is settling into a tie with I&W for third place in my favorites list. I doubt it will move any higher than that, as Awake and SFAM have become pretty much god-level untouchable in my mind. Third place is pretty good though, and not a single track on it that I'd skip, which is more than I can say for everything else post-SFAM.
