I'm going, but I don't like their choice of venue. First of all, it's way too big. I think the capacity is at about 13,000 wich is over twice as many that attended the prognation tour in 2009. The sound there is shit, also. But I hope it gets relatively crowded, would be a shame if the concert was half full..

About the capacity, the hall can either have 13 000 or about 5500 as its capacity. That means that they will probably go for the 5500 capacity, as the last show in Oslo Spektrum had about 5-6000 people there.

I think I'll be going, I'm a poor university student living in Trondheim, so don't have a lot of money but I think I'll make it together with 4-5 friends It'll be my 4th show (2 in oslo and 1 in Newcastle)

How are they doing that? I mean there's no seats available at all, so they just fill half of the arena? They can do like Iron Maiden did at Telenor Arena, with curtains in the back, where they used that space for beer and merchandise. Poor students in Norway can always afford a trip to Oslo, just eat lapskaus for a couple of day

There's no seats for sale, though you are able to sit at the tribune if you're there early. That was the case at maiden atleast. But we'll just have to wait and see.

Just relaxing in my hotel room here in Oslo now. Im so excited about the show tonight hoping for a setlist C, so that I get some surprises. I hope they won't be playing TDEN, but apart from that, I think the setlists for finland and sweden looks promising. I also think pull me under i a boring encore. I would like something more epic, like LTL, Metropolis or TCOT. I will try to give you some updates during the show if I don't get too carried away. Wohoooo

Somehow I have confused myself with dates and thought the concert would be in February ... My first year living in Oslo, I live right 10 minutes from the arena, and I've made plans for the evening and scheduled a job interview for tomorrow morning

I would have been shocked beyond belief if that was actually true.  To drop WIMH/TTTSTA and The Spirit Carries On  from the set for Octavarium as an encore...  plus to make such a big change to "Set List A" so soon into the European tour...

I freaking nearly fainted. Saw them at Hovet, Stockholm which was a great show and thought about going to Oslo. If they would have played Octavarium I would never have forgiven myself!

Schous Plass, Not sure if that's around grunerløkka, but there were posters. It's that huge 4sound store, we came there on hour before the signing, and there was no one there. When we left there were hundreds of people and the line went long outside the store! I was shaking when I met him

I figured there wouldn't be time for everyone, seeing that we were going pretty slow, talking, taking pictures, getting multiple items signed. Glad I was early

Man, Petrucci is so nice and friendly. He was so cool at the signing and really took his time.  Several hundred people stood in line, I was there early so I got to speak to him, I was super shaky but I thought I did well My two friends in the back of the line knew they wouldn't make it so they brought me their stuff so petrucci could sign it.
When the time was up the line collapsed, and everyone pushed forward to the point that Petrucci was surrounded by hands trying to grab his hand. People pushed their stuf forward and were really rude. I wasn't there but my friend told me. hehehe

The concert was really good and I think 6:00 was  the higlight for me. Soooo cool song. They are calmer on the stage and I sense that they're getting older. But it was really good!

The concert was SICK. Probably the best I've ever been to imho, even though it was my sixth DT concert. And the best part is I'm going to see them again now here in Copenhagen in an hour or so
