Box Set Bait and Switch?

I know that wasn't the same picture that was originally up.  Anybody know which picture I'm talking about?  I'll know it when I see it.  The thing I remember seeing looked like a placemat or a cloth cover - and I thought that's what the slipmat was, thinking I could display it or use it as a table cloth.  I feel like I was bait-and-switched, and I'm not very happy about it.

It looks the same to me. A slipmat is for a record player.

I could have sworn the picture was different.  I remember a beige looking thing, kind of square shaped.  I don't have a record player so I had no idea what a slipmat was, and based on what I thought the old picture was, I thought it was something you put under your record player to help it not move and what I remember seeing looked like it might be something like that.  It looked like something I could display in a different fashion.  Not something that is completely useless to me as I don't have a record player.

I'm just really dissappointed in the set, and the fact that what I was expecting vs what I got is just adding to it.

This. I googled for the box set, but no other pictures came up other than the one mentioned above.

I remember a different picture when the set was first announced, and thought that they may have taken down the picture I remember and replaced it with the current one; so the old picture wouldn't be availabe.  Appearently no one else recalls a different picture.  That's why I asked if other people remembered a different picture...didn't get a response so changed the thread title to get peoples attention.  Question mark implies that it is a question and not an acusation.

Weird.  I don't remember the picture, but it's pretty much what I assumed it would be based on the descriptions.  (Then again, I have a record player and have a few different slip mats, so I knew what that was gonna be)

I have no idea what you're talking about, DTVT.  That's the only pic I remember ever seeing.  That's one reason the box set wasn't really worth it to me.  I don't have a record player, so the LPs and slipmat would be wasted on me.

OK, so I misremembered the picture.

I wasn't whining, I was asking if other people recalled another picture and people didn't seem to understand that simple hypothesis so I had to keep restating it in hoping that I would jog someone's memory.
