Question about embargo on New Album

Since this an international forum and the album drops at different dates in different countries, when is the official forum embargo on discussion of the new album up?  the 9th?  The 13th?

Just wondering in a pre-emptive attempt to avoid the ban-hammer.

I asked about this a week ago and they said they can confirm it will def be available on the 9th in Australia and i told them they might want to check on that.

The local JBHIFI cd guy is a DT nut so will probably break street date so he can buy it early.

Althought we pay through the nose for everything at least we are the first to be released to if its a worldwide release date.
