So far Orlando seems to be "An Evening with Dream Theater" as Trivium is not confirmed for this night!!!!.... maybe we will have more DT...who knows!

My wife surprised me with VIP Meet and Greet tickets for this show. How do they work the floor/standing room issue with the tickets (maybe a set off area/roped of rea).

And as far as getting anything signed, can you bring in anything for the band to sign, how does that work.

I've seen various approaches, some more effective than others. I've always been curious what kind of effect the ole' webcam with streaming footage of their wives and children bound and gagged in some nondescript warehouse and threats that they better sign all your merch "or else" would have. My Son and I will be at this show and the show in Clearwater. I just checked tickets for this show and there are none available. Looks like the Orlando show is a sell out. Still plenty available for the Clearwater show.

Yo! Attended both M&G's in SF and LA. For GA you just get early access to the venue...no reserved area. As for getting things signed, they'll sign just about anything, pictures, CD's, album covers, flags, and a dude in LA brought in his guitar! Lucky B*stard! But they try to limit you to just one item though.

Jesus. I found out this week that one of my good friends is going to see them here as well. I mean, this guy is over my house watching football every week and he randomly was telling someone else, and I was like "Whoa, I'll be there as well!"

So now I know like 7 people that are going.

Hey, I just checked Live Nation and there are tickets still available, just not any meet & greet, those sold out.

Ok...short version....easily tied for the best I've ever seen them (with the first time, Metropolis 2000). They all brought it tonight. JLB is the MVP by far. They were all on point tonight. (even the mistake in BITS was covered nicely). Brilliant guys. Brilliant.

Agreed. I saw the few hiccups but they plowed on through. I was probably about 8 people back in GA dead center. Awesome crowd as well. They played my top 5 from ADTOE, so that was great.

Even Forsaken was awesome. JLB owned that song. He was on fire. I wonder how much of that was me being there.

I'm beat. I've had a headache all day and I am tired now. Easily the best show ever.

It was a good show. If you have not seen a show at Hard Rock Live in Orlando, if security tells you not to mosh or take pics, you had better listen. I saw them escort many people out of the venue last night. I took my camera in, but I didn't even take it out of my pocket. I saw one guy take a pic of Mangini's kit before DT came on. I mean, the house lights were still on, well, they took his ass out. Security at HRL is very tight. Anyway, we really liked the general admission floor. We had a great spot to stand. 15 feet from the stage, right in front of Myung.

Yeah, I saw the same guy get escorted out. A bunch of us were talking shit about the security there. I think I counted 12 people getting escorted out.
