What??? That list is f'in terrible... mars volta and Jethro Tull are hardly prog... I do agree with tool being ahead of DT in the drumming aspect, but idk.. that is a terrible order or prog bands. Rush is always amazing, but with ELP and King Crimson, idk how you could place who is first. lol

But.. you can't always rely on "The Internets" lol..

Your last comment is very true, as shown by the rest of your post.

Tull was very prog back in the day, and TMV is definitely proggy. 

Ultimately, most people vote on what bands that are called prog they like the most, rather than voting based on which band happens to be the most progressive (technically).

Apparently Aqualung was released in the 2070's!

BTW, I know they meant 'the early 18th century'.
