Well since we're being vain for a bit I think the only thing wrong with DT's appearance is their choice of T-Shirts. It's douchey. Myung excluded of course. And Mangini cannot be judged in that matter yet.

James' hair looked fine in the auditions but I'm not "feeling" it grown out.

I love how JP, JR and JLB all seem to wear similar style shirts. So much so, I even go round looking for shirts in them style.
