Hope you're all doing great. Just letting you know, starting vocals for the new DT this coming Monday. Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawk.
See ya."

Sounds like they're making some good progress. Vocals are usually last, are they not?

That and the solos.  For some reason I keep thinking maybe some keyboard tracks could be unfinished, but I don't know why.

Vocals are usually last or close to last. There's a good possibility that guitar solos, keyboard solos and misc keyboards may still be tracked later.

Also various other sounds aside from the base tracks are done post vocals.

It says a lot, to me, about how well he's singing if he can track a song in literally one day. Either that, or that song doesn't have very much in the way of vocals.
