Another day, another thread to waste time till the fabled announcement...

Ok, out of the entire DT catalog... What song are you sick of? what song that, is song you enjoy, but you are just sick of hearing it?

For me, it has to be Panic Attack. Believe me, I find it to be a wonderful song... but i just cant listen to it anymore. I skip it when ever it comes on.

I usually enjoy whatever song comes on...I'm more of an album guy, so if I get burnt out on anything, I get burnt out on an album.

Right now I'm burnt out on IaW and SFAM.

pogoowner

I rarely get burnt out on a particular DT song because I generally listen to entire albums. When it does happen, though, it's usually whatever single they release before a new album comes out.

yeshaberto

the pull me under/master of puppets medley.  I think I have skipped the last few times it came up on my playlist

You mean, when they "released" A Rite of Passage before the album came out?

The Silent Cody

Definitly The Great Debate and Sacrificed Sons, always been a tough songs for me to listen... :|

Silver Tears

I absolutely love To Live Forever but I listened to it so much for a while that I've had to take a break from it for the past few months.

Kotowboy

Most of Systematic Chaos.

To begin with, I only liked the first 4 songs

Then I only liked the last 4 songs

Now I barely like any of it..

It didnt age well . . .

Jirpo

Pull me under has been this way for the last few months for me. I just have to give it back some kind of spark, its such a good song :(

jsem

Yeah, most of Systematic Chaos. I haven't even listened to it much... but man, it's boring

I agree, Systematic Chaos i am sick of but that is about it. Maybe Forsaken and A Nightmare To Remember as well.

I honestly don't remember exactly how things went down with A Rite of Passage. I'm quite sure the band did release As I Am ahead of time, though.

Jalis

the entire Awake with exception of Erotmania ...

Its just not my cup of tea...

Aramatheis

I'd have to say As I am has been getting on my nerves lately.

Bertielee

Most of Octavarium, all of SC and BC&SL. The rest is fine with me, except WDaDU but only because of poor production. I really hope for a change with DT 11 or I'm done.

Obfuscation

That would have to be A Rite of Passage, I just can't listen to it without getting bored. I probably have only heard the entire song one time of all the times I have listened to it.

A Rite Of Passage has got very good instrumental thrashy part :) like it very much since I heard it, but rest is +- boring, too many choruses :)

You're weird.

Perpetual Change

I'm pretty much burnt out on Black Clouds. Guess that's only natural.

I found this a few months ago, but now I'm finding it really fresh and interesting, I'm loving it atm!

The Silent Cody

tri.ad

Forsaken and, for some weird reason, Peruvian Skies.

VioletS16

I haven't listened to DT much, honestly. But I just got Score (on CD) so this is going to be short lived.  ;D

Rambeaux

I'll probably be stoned to death for saying this, but "A Change of Seasons".

I just find DT's other epics to be better and more interesting.

Jamesman42

Well, I won't count the songs I don't really like because it's kind of by default that I don't listen to them often

But of the ones I like...Pull Me Under, Sacrificed Sons, The Dark Eternal Night, to name a few

I don't listen to DT consistently though. Really, every few months I'll spin one album by them, and most likely BC&SL. So many other albums out there
\o\ lol /o/

SystematicThought

Constant Motion and Panic Attack.

Hopefully that gets a rest on the next tour, probably won't though. I'm sick of hearing my brother say that they should play that song at EVERY concert because it's their hits.

I wasn't listening ACOS for a long long time...and now I'm exploring it again, outstanding tune  ;)
