Where doI actually find this, I've heard that the actual CD is enhanced, is this true? or is it located somewhere else.

It was on DT.net. The CD unlocked the web-based content if you were on an Internet-based computer.

Weren't their cds that were enhanced already that you just put into computor and it pops up. Or was it too much to fit on the cd.

Yeah, it was an absolute rubbish idea that I didn't even both with, tbh. Enhanced cd's had been around years before it.
