Adrian Belew (a guitar god who can sing!)
Doug, Ty, and Jerry (King's x)
John Bush (there is a reason Metallica once wanted him as lead singer)
Elvis Costello (listen to 'North' or 'The Delivery Man', a powerful voice with great emotion)
and, of course....
Mike Patton

I prefer other threads over this one.

The Presence of Frenemies

I'll take Russell Allen, Midnight, Warrel Dane, John West, Rob Halford, Rob Rock, Mark Boals, Tony Harnell, and Masaki Yamada over LaBrie.

Can you tell I like high vocals?  ;D

That said, I'm really basing that on LaBrie's entire body of work--if we talk about top-quality LaBrie ('92-'94) only, I'd probably put him above at least half of those guys.

The Degenerate

Daniel Gildenlow (my favorite in progressive music), Kyo (my favorite in metal in general), Mikael Akerfeldt, Devin Townsend, Mike Patton... likely dozens if not hundreds of others, but do I still love LaBrie? Hell yes!
