The Most Favorite Of Your Least Favorites (By Album)

No, you're not reading that subject wrong - what I want you guys to do is put a list together of songs from each DT album that you consider your least favorite. Then of those 10 songs (or 11 if you wish to include the Majesty Demos, 12 if you wish to include B-Sides/Cleaning Out The Closet tracks), rank them in order from most favorite to least favorite, to sort of determine which of these least favorite songs are the least hated of the bunch.

I'll have to think on my list, but I'll post this now to let you guys get a head start on your lists. Now, we can discuss these lists, but let's keep the song-bashing to other threads. I just wanted to post this to see what everyone thought was their least favorite song from each album, and then rank those. We ALL have our own opinions, so saying "_________ song sucks more than ________ song" is kind of useless in a thread like this (or ever), because one man's trash is another man's treasure. This is just for FUN! Relax, untense, and just enjoy yourself.

I'm just noticing now, that the newer 'cool' metal songs are among my least favorite. But that's compared to other DT songs. They're not all bad songs per se.

4. Caught in a Web (Pretty groovy, but is a bit awkward at times)

5. A Rite of Passage (Pretty rockin', not fond of the keyboard solos though)

6. You Not Me (Actually a little catchy, but never get the urge to listen to it)

7. Regression (Does it's job but bores me)

8. Vacant (Boring IMO)

9. Repentance (Solo is great but everything else bores the hell out of me. 10 minutes is not worth 50 second (?) solo)

Good post.

1. A Rite of Passage (I did spend a while skipping this initially but it has grown on me. I love the riff towards the end. I could live without the iphone solo)
2. Light Fuse and get Away- As a fan from the start I love this album and picking a track I don't like is hard.
3. Home- My least favourite on a classic album. A bit like picking your least favourite child, but it is a weaker track for me. It just goes on a bit.
4. Blind Faith- Another superb album with no tracks I dislike. I do tend to play disc 2 much more than 1.
5. Caught In A Web- Starting to get into tracks I'm not keen on now. This and Innocence faded were the reasons Awake took a long time to sink in, suffering from following "The greatest Album Ever (TM)". Still sometimes skip thes two songs.
6.The Answer Lies Within- I just find it a bit boring and not a patch on the other DT ballads that came before it.
7. Under A Glass Moon- Never liked it. The solo is overated in my opinion. I think what I don't like is the tuneless riff which sounds like  There's no limits  by 2 Unlimited (awful 80s dance track for the younger members)
8. Burning My Soul- Could have been LTB. Don't like either. rest of the album is excellent and yes I include YNM in that.
9. Honor Thy Father- Hate it. Wish it had never been recorded. There is some good instrumentation which I miss out on because the song is so awful.
10. Dark Eternal Night- See above though I'm not struck on the solos as much so don't miss it. Give me melody!

I must say that doing this was really interesting for me.. i was amused from how consistent were some albums and i didn't thought about it before. Like ToT doesn't rank high for me but it really doesn't have to lows for me neither now that i thought about it.

Never Enough - I simply hate this song. My least favorite song ever!!!!
Forsaken - I once showed this song to a friend and he told me it sounded like 30 seconds to mars but a little heavier. Any more reasons?
Wither - I simply don't like that kind of metal.
Disappear - It's not that I don't like it but I would prefer if it wasn't in that album
Just Let Me Breath - No comment.
Vacant - I actually like this song but I like the others better.
Scene One - Regression - I think it is a necessary song and a great intro, the rest of the album is just superb.
Lie - I don't really like the chorus on this song.
Wait for sleep - Same as vacant, really nice song but the rest of the album is better.
Light Fuse and Get Away - Same here, I like the song a lot but I like the rest better.

Encore: Raw dog - Never liked it.
