YOU CAN MAKE A FORTUNE IN PIES
Beard approved.

How often are you planning on posting that beard?
<--- It will stay here forever. A Beard, man, to remember.

Very true.

Well, there's no shame in trying. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

My wife wanted this for Christmas so I picked it up for her. I haven't skimmed through it (and won't), but I'm looking forward to seeing some of the recipes we'll no doubt try in 2011.
My books available for purchase on Amazon:

Jason Slater: For the Sake of Supposing
Roads to Madness: The Touring History of Queensrÿche (1981-1997)

Not that it makes it less funny or that I'm hating on antigoon (love that morning joe), but "You can make a fortune in pies" has been in someone's sig for a looooong time. Still, execution = flawless.

Party pooper right here.

Yup.  There was actually an old photoshop done with Charlie Dominici in a pizza hat.  I'm pretty sure it was done by Nate/Teratoma.  I wish we could find it because it was fu&king hilarious.

I don't think I've ever seen more attention given to one of my posts :lol Anyway, James is right. Back on the old DT.net there was a DT songs and food puns thread. That was the first thing I thought of when I saw this one.

I know. I started a thread on the food subject a while back. Some people didn't like it, but I think lots of people did, so I was excited to see yours. I think it's a lot of fun. The one I was most proud of was Just Let Me Bree.  :D

Found a copy in B&N.  Didn't buy it (yet).  JP's recipe seemed all right.  I was salivating more over Jed Simon's pasta and Claudio Sanchez's Nacho Pie.  Plus, I had a strange realization.  One of the Scale the Summit guys has a salsa recipe in that cookbook.  I just started to think, everyone in STS is 19-22 or something like that.  At that age, they have already released two albums, toured with freaking Zappa Plays Zappa and Dream Theater, and have a recipe in a cookbook.

We need to get our shit together, guys.
