Hard to say, really...I'm definitely a bigger fan of LTE than TA, but it would have been much cooler had LTE embarked on a wider tour. I'd have loved to see them had they come to Canada.

I'm surprised Transatlantic has less votes than LTE. The Whirlwind is one of the most brilliant albums I have ever heard, while LTE is just 70's style fusion music. Its good, but its been done a million times over.

Funny, I'd say that Transatlantic is just 70s style prog rock.  Good, but its been done a million times over.

And LTE2 > Any TA album.  I just wish that LTE had done a new album or a big tour.

Its not even a contest for me.  I mean, LTE is cool and all, but Transatlantic is some of the most fantastic music ever created.  And finally getting to see those four guys on stage together was too amazing to even describe with mere words.

Sorry but The Whirlwind is a masterpiece and LTE is just a nice exercise in fusion music, and I have heard much better.

I wanna make you sweet love (I'll be gentle, I promise). Seeing TA live has been the highlight of my musical life, it was a show full of energy and incredibly exciting. On the Prowl, Rose Colored Glasses, the end of "Is it really happening?", Bridge Across Forever and the whole Duel and Stranger were just some of the amazing highlights of the show. I hope they come back to Europe some day, I would be willing to take a plane to another country just to watch them live again (not right now though, I don't wanna get divorced just yet )

LTE is a better band? In what way? There not better musicians than Transatlantic. Its all personal preference.
