As far as shows that are actually on TV, I like Futurama, How I Met Your Mother, South Park, Daily Show/Colbert Report, Scrubs, Fresh Prince and The Office. For shows that aren't actually on TV I like Joss Whedon's first three shows and all sorts of anime.

I hardly watch TV either. My favourite shows currently still running are-
American Dad
Family Guy (last few seasons have been terrible, but this season has been decent)
Mythbusters
House
Metalocalypse
Stargate Universe (I'm a huge Stargate fan)

I've also recently gotten into Malcolm in the Middle and How I Met Your Mother.

I won't list all time favourites, because that's a much longer list.
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

I completely forgot Metalocalypse.

Oh, and like everyone else said, I hardly watch TV. The only shows I actually go out of my way to watch are Daily Show/Colbert and HIMYM.

In no particular order, The Simpsons, Frasier, How I Met Your Mother, and Seinfeld. I don't watch much TV, though.

I pretty much watch one show at a time.  I'm still working through ST:TOS, usually an episode each night.  Once I wrap that up, I need to watch the most recent series of Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Bullshit.  Dunno which I'll watch first.  I actually pay for cable, but only watch NFL, and in two weeks I'll cancel it.  As I've pointed out before, television is so much better when you program it yourself.
Argument, the presentation of reasonable views, never makes headway against conviction, and conviction takes no part in argument because it knows.

Seinfeld, South Park, Fresh Prince, and The Office. I watch other shows but these are shows I always watch if I see them on TV. Also Malcolm in the Middle a large majority of the time.

Mad Men
Glee
Frasier
Heroes
SNL
Sportsnight
Corner Gas
Star Wars: The Clone Wars
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Pokemon
Dexter
Survivor
The Simpsons
Family Guy
Black Adder
Xplay
Friends
Mythbusters

Me too, although mostly because a lot of the shows I like aren't on TV much or at all, but are easy to get on DVD. Plus I've become accustomed to watching shows in one sitting.
In the last 2-3 months I have rewatched every single episode of Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis (15 seasons in total). TV shows play out so much better when everything is fresh in your mind, such as character development, and subtleties in story arcs that you miss when you see them spaced out.

Yeah, its hard watching shows (especially dramas or action-based shows) on regular TV. Without any sort of Tivo/PVR, I lose interest too quickly. The commercials are super annoying, and I often want to be able to watch 2-3 episodes at a time.
Plus, DVD extras are in my Top 5 Things of Everything list, so that's even more incentive for me to get the DVDs.

Last month I watched all of the episodes of The Office (US) back to back, starting from the very first episode. With a show like that, the plot and character development is very important, and I didnt want to ruin the series by just watching the episodes in random order as they appear on TV.

Awesome, BSG is one of my favourite ever shows, and I've recently been getting into the revamped Doctor Who series as well. Been renting the DVDs, just finished the series with Christopher Ecclestone last night, there were a couple of amazing episodes in it, but generally the show is just so FUN!

Anyway, comedy/panel shows:

QI
Futurama
Spaced
Have I Got News For You
The Inbetweeners
That Mitchell and Webb Look

Non comedies:

Battlestar Galactica
24
Doctor Who

Ariich is a freak, or somehow has more hours in the day than everyone else.

I also watch Dexter.

Then, I've recently begun to watch Anders och Måns, a Swedish humor program.
