Facelift's an awesome album. I just wish they were coming closer to me on their tour, because I'd rather not drive 4 hours or so to Detroit.

Never going to see them. Or any band, at this rate.  :(

One of my most favorite bands. Still prefer Layne, though...but then agai, I'm not unlike many other fans.

Alice in Chains is all kinds of awesome!

Been on a AiC binge the past few days.

Yeah, I dunno. I left before VR went on actually. Didn't much care to see them. Also, I was completely trashed.

Angry Chair is, IMO, their best song.

Easily one of the best shows, if not the best I've ever been to. With the tributes you could really tell the band was trying to live up to their old self and the audience supported it. The first video was almost tearjerking and as cliche as it sounds the lighters going up felt necessary as hell. Made me appreciate what Duvall has given this band since he sounded really close to Layne on several songs.

Mizzl is saying that he spoke to William DuVall and he doesn't want me to go to the show.

Awesome band, although they're not the same without the original singer.

So here's my official album ranking:
*Keep in mind, Dirt, Alice In Chains, and Black Gives Way To Blue have been spun many more times than the others, so there might be a small error in judgement*

1. Dirt     You guessed it, not too much to explain here.
2. Black Gives Way To Blue     Same as number 1, not too much to explain, awesome.
3. Facelift    Amazing album, very good.
4. Alice In Chains     Being the first album I heard by AiC, it's grown slightly old and a bit boring.
5. Jar Of Flies - EP     Yes, some people's absolute favorite by miles, but it's just not as good as Dirt to me, being a metal guy more than a rock guy. Still amazing songs like No Excuses and Swing On This.

Feel free to post yours.

A. Just listened to all of BGWTB and wow... :metal That might just be up in top 2. I gotta relisten to Dirt and Facelift, but...

Does anybody else think BGWTB would be a better closer than Rooster...I could justr see the epicness now.
