This may be blasphemy, but I may have found a smell better than frying bacon:  pablano peppers being fire-roasted.

However, I can make up for that by saying that the smell of bacon frying in tandem with pablanos being fire roasted is greater than the sum of its parts.  Cocaine has nothing on that as far as being nose candy.

If you're wondering, we made pablano mac 'n; cheese with bacon.    :millahhhh

The Jolokia? My step-pepper has some Jolokia sauce and puts it on everything. I like it but just have trouble working it into dishes without its heat blocking the other flavors. I'll keep working at it though.

Serious question:  Are you allowed to make whatever you want at your restaurant for your guests, or are you tied to whatever the menu items are on a given day?  Because, seriously, if I can come to your restaurant and order that, I'll make a special trip just for that.
