Here we are at the final round, and their third album places third, funnily enough. And unsurprisingly, IAW and SFAM are the Top Two, but which one will win? Remember to vote for your LEAST FAVORITE of these two! Up next will be the LIVE ALBUMS, from Marquee to Memories! That survivor will only include the main live albums released by the band, so no YtseJam Records, DT International Fan Club, or Lost Not Forgotten Archives releases.

These are their best two albums, but Images and Words is their clear best (so I'm voting for SFAM).

Yup.

I&W has the two best songs from the two albums, but SFAM has way more "next level" material.  That said, I wouldn't be bothered by either outcome here.

Scenes From a Memory is more than the best Dream Theater album. It’s the greatest prog metal album of all time.

The production values for SFAM alone should knock it down a few pegs, worst of the Portnoy years besides the debut.
Still a great album, historically significant, but extremely overrated.
Whereas IaW's production values only enhance the music even more, 30+ years later.
