No runners up, no honorable mentions - just one per letter.

'The' Bands are classed as the first letter of the word after 'The'.   Solo artist are classed by the first letter of their first name.

Totally random question but since you listed Lana Del Rey, what do you think are some songs that a metalhead could like? I know, it's a generic question and everyone's tastes are different, I like a lot Gods and Monsters and also Born to Die is cool, and potentially any song that has no dance-y stuff and no hip-hop could interest me; I've heard some songs here and there based on what YouTube was suggesting and while the style is dreamy and cool, nothing terribly grabbed me, so I don't feel like going through her whole discography to find the hidden gem here and there which means some suggestions are appreciated

Yeah she's kind off Noir Dream Pop (I think I just made that up, but it's fits I think).  Songs, well I'm a Metal Head, so I'll just list 5 of my Favs.

I think we all know which letters are most common, and therefore fit for the honorable mentions which are forbidden, and which ones are most rare and with hardly a competition.

I have literally no entries at all for X and Z so my list will be incomplete (no, I don't listen to ZZ Top).

Also, I am pleased to say that with the exception of Year of the Goat, I have seen live each and every one of the bands or artists listed! (even though I wasn't really paying attention to Savatage when they were at the festival I was attending, but I was there and I saw them on stage so that counts, as uninterested I was, shame on me).

A loophole for sure, but some of his albums presented the template heading of 'ZAPPA' instead of 'Frank Zappa' on his album covers, and are listed as such in his catalog.
