You can start sending; I'm around all weekend (except out of pocket tomorrow morning) so I can do some listening over the holiday.

Oh, and while there's no strict time limit - not a rules guy, as you can tell - you're probably really pushing your luck over 20 minutes.   The Martin Truex, Jr's among you (read:  Classy, respectful, championship drivers) will probably keep it below 15 minutes, while the Joey Logano's among you (read: dirty, piece of crap, whiny minor league drivers) will go over 20 consistently.  :)

As tempted as I am by Bolsters' and Parama's excellent suggestions, the best bet is YouTube.

Crap. I wanted to send like this:

Be smart about the banned list; I avoided one to HELP you guys, not hurt you.

I'm not sure that's how it works for me, I like having a somewhat clearcut banned list, but hey, your roulette, your rules. :tup I'm ready to disastrously fail here in any case.

I'll find something for you tomorrow.

Hey Stads, are we allowed to use the same artist for A and B sides, or different artist per song?

Bolsters, you in?  (You're the last one; gonna freeze it at that point because  otherwise I'll be listening until Christmas, and the fifth round cut will be the largest single elimination in DTF roulette history).
Looks like you've got more than enough people already. :tup

Hey Stads, are we allowed to use the same artist for A and B sides, or different artist per song?

You can use the same artist for the single (I will also let different submissions have the same artist, provided it's not the same song/version of the song).   Artists from one round are banned for later rounds.

So, sorry for being dense, but I want to be inclusive and fair:   Parama, yes or no, in or out?  Bolsters, yes or no, in or out?

Oh, and by the way, I've got about five submissions and most have done real well with the theme part of things, but one guy nailed the SHIT out of it.  Completely ran with it, and delivered the goods.  It was also an unexpected angle, but it's exactly what I was sort of hoping for when I thought of this.  To be clear, it's not a winner take all in points; you all could get all three "theme" points, you all could get bumpkis (though of the submissions I have so far, I don't think that's happening).

Stads, do you want our B-side to work as a B-side to whatever we send as the A-side? Or just something that works as a B-side in general?

Either way, I will be sending tomorrow. I'm not at my computer tonight.
