I'm sure it's been done before, but I couldn't find it in a search, so what the hell.

The scenario:

Dream Theater have been commissioned by Roadrunner Records to organise their own festival, using bands of their choice.
It can be a 2 or 3 day event
It must have no more than 7 bands per stage, per day.
There can be no more than two separate stages.
Because it is sponsored by Roadrunner, there must be at least two Roadrunner bands playing on each day of the festival.
The bands must be currently active.
There is no restriction on genre.
You are Dream Theater.
