Children of the Damned, and it's almost entirely because of Bruce. Such powerful vocals, but also that great guitar riff in the chorus underneath. One of my most favorite early Maiden tracks.
From a Mega Man Legends island jamming power metal to a Walrus listening to black metal, I like your story arc.

Maiden \m/

But I love Children of the Sea.
I use my sig to pimp some bands from Italy! Check out Elvenking (Power / Folk metal), Folkstone (Rock / Medieval metal), Arcana Opera (Gothic/Noir/Heavy metal) and the beautiful voice of Elisa!

Children of the Grave is shit. Damned is a cool song, but nothing extraordinary. Sounds just like plenty of other Maiden songs. Sea is one of the highlights of the Dio Sabbath era.

Definitely Children Of The Damned for me. I don't think it sounds like plenty iof other Maiden songs. What I like about it is that it feels different to me than most Maiden songs.

I do love Children Of The Sea though.

Children Of The Grave does not really even rate.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related

I think COTD sounds nothing like other Maiden tracks personally

1. Sea
2. Grave
3. Damned

All are REALLY good songs, but Dio > Ozzy, and the chorus of Children of the Damned is a bit boring.

I can't speak for el Barto, but it's an okay song on an okay album for me.   I love "After Forever" and "Into The Void", but I consider Master of Reality a huge pause between "Paranoid" and "Vol. 4", and songs like Children of the Grave and Sweat Leaf are the reason why.  I like the world "slight".

Yup. I love all three, but Sea is just in a league of its own. Children of the Damned isn't too far behind in second place though.

The instrumental jam in the Maiden tune just wrecks the other two. I do like the live version of Grave with Dio .

God, that was awful.
I don't mind a little glam now and then, but T-Rex is totally lost on me.  Even "Bang A Gong" is wicked over-rated in my book.

I might have to get back into Slade.  I love "Keep Your Hands Off My Power Supply" (though I get it; it's sort of like saying "I'm a huge Genesis fan; I love that Invisible Touch record!   Maybe I should listen to some of their other stuff!!").

Keep Your Hands is awesome. J-Boy had it in his Top 50.

But their 70's stuff was some great party music.
I had this as a kid:

It has like 30 tracks. I loved it. Good time fun songs. Not heavy though...
