literally there is nothing remotely this good about isis and osiris and a lot of the songs people are going after instead are so much better it's amazing

y'all really, REALLY hate THE huh? 

like i'm really frustrated that all these songs are going out ahead of not just Isis and Osiris but also The Day That the World Breaks Down and Dawn of a Million Souls, both of which are also pretty inferior to everything else left as well as most of the last few songs to go out, but what do i know i guess

Oh, I’ll go after Dawn of Souls soon enough. For the record, I wanted Trauma to stay, but yeah, I have been voting for the other THE songs indeed. I find them not as good or as interesting as the rest. To say I ‘hate’ them is quite an overstatement.

Yeah, this is a pretty disappointing final list, I must say, especially if Day 2 Isolation is the next to go. However, y'all got one thing right: Age of Shadows rules!

Just goes to show how polarizing Ayreon's discography is I guess.  For me, the best of 01011001 couldn't hold a candle to the best of THE.  Day That The World Breaks Down doesn't deserve to be Top 10, but it's sneaking by because 1/2 of us are going at 01011001, and the other half are going at THE.

I'm with you regarding THE and 01010101 but I think The Day That The World Breaks Down is good enough for spot 10.

I genuinely think Day That the World Breaks Down is top 4 of all Ayreon songs I know. Top 3 probably Isis/Osiris, Isolation and Age of Shadows atm.

Sixth Extinction and Dawn of a Million Souls are long overdue though, not even top 20 IMO, oh and Beneath the Waves is still here wtf?

I would say The Day That the World Breaks Down is definitely Top 10, it's a great song.

I'm really surprised Beneath the Waves is still in, but I can't complain, I love it.

i'm surprised for all the hate towards the sixth extinction tho, that's top 3 ayreon overall imo
