That got difficult fast.  I chose:

Firth
Cinema Show
Lamb
Cage
Entangled

Next tier would be Carpet Crawlers and Dance on a Volcano, but I'd have picked Robbery, Assault & Battery over either of those songs and probably would have chosen it over Lamb.

Supper’s Ready is the greatest song ever written by anyone ever...period.

Supper's Ready
Cinema Show
Ripples
Eleventh Earl of Mar
One For The Vine

But you left off a TON:   Scenes From A Night's Dream, Duke's Travels, Duke's End, Cul-de-Sac, Me And Sarah Jane, Dodo/Lurker, Evidence of Autumn (my favorite Genesis song ever), It's Gonna Get Better, Domino, Fading Lights...

The first 5.

You listed almost every song on A Trick of the Tail except the best one (Mad Man Moon).

I picked:
Supper's Ready
Cinema Show
Firth
One For The Vine
Dance On A Volcano

I was gonna pick Dancing With The Moonlit Knight but I only selected one Collins song apart from that so I changed my mind. Really hard choice though, there are some of the best songs ever written on this list (for me).

I am glad that One For The Vine is on the list. Fantastic song.

Moonlight Knight
Lamb
Ripples
In The Cage
Cinema Show

Now, if these included all Genesis songs my list would look very different.

Abacab
Second Home by the Sea
Behind The Lines
Domino
Driving the Last Spike

Without "Mad Man Moon" or anything pre- or post-Hackett, I didn't bother voting.  It came down to "pick your favorites from this list of my favorites".

The Musical Box
Supper's Ready
Carpet Crawlers
Dance on a Volcano
Afterglow

Tough choice. I was surprised I was the first to pick Afterglow. That song was unbelievably beautiful. I also almost picked The Lamia, which would have been the lone pick as well. Dance on a Volcano just squeaked in.

But, yeah, if we included the 3-man version of the band, it would look a lot different.
I don't want MP playing with DT unless they were making a drummer change. If they let MM go and bring back MP, then fine, but no guest appearance please.

And that's my beef with this, as evidenced by the other Genesis poll that says "Other than Selling England... what's your favorite...?"  Why exclude Selling?  It's not even in my top five; let's not assume that the Gabriel era completely smokes the Collins era.    They're both good.

My favorite Genesis tune is Domino, which sadly isn't on the list. In general I am somewhat disappointed at the lack of post-Gabriel tunes.

Ignoring the poll, save one track. You can't just ignore post-Gabriel/Hackett Genesis.

Looks like my 3 disc platinum collection (only Genesis I have) covers most of the OPs list.  I only bought it because so many folks here like Genesis, and, prior to DTs cover, I only associated the band with the Phil Collins pop oriented work and never gave them a second look.

Supper’s Ready is the greatest song ever written by anyone ever...period.
I've listened to this song many times, but never with the purpose and attention I give to a song like ACoS or Octavarium, so I will give it a "spin" on the way home.

Also, I'm sure there are some Top Gear watchers here.  I always find it hilarious how May and Clarkson troll Hammond with "I know what I like" on their trips.

Dancing With The Moonlit Knight
Firth Of Fifth
The Cinema Show
Carpet Crawlers
In The Cage

Firth Of Fifth is their best song.

Of the ones in the list, Supper's Ready, Musical Box and Moonlit Knight. But my favourite Genesis song of all time? Driving The Last Spike.

I went with...
The Musical Box
Watcher Of The Skies
Supper's Ready
Firth Of Fifth
The Cinema Show

...so basically most of the Live At The Rainbow show.

Also...
dancing with the moonlight knight
the lamb lies down on brodway
elevanth earl of marl

"Dancing With The Moonlit Knight" is a great opener, but the other longer songs on SEBTP are better IMO, and "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" is pretty great as well, but there are far better songs on that album (like the other options of "In The Cage" or even "Lamia"...though I'm shocked not to see "The Colony Of Slippermen"). And like the other misspelled album openers, "Eleventh Earl Of Mar" is a great tune as well, but there are better songs on its album, like the other three featured in the poll with it.
