First thing: this song isn't actually in my bottom two it's just that one song has grown on me a lot in last few days. Secondly, this wasn't easy listen at all

it's not surprising for a song that long though. I actually never disliked this song at all, it was fine from the first listen and there were parts that I liked more and more but also some that couldn't click. For example, I don't like the blend of male and female voice that much, it should sound stronger. Also, this reminded me of Primordial (especially due to male vocal) which is the band I only kinda like. All in all, this sound good, epic and have both heavy and mellow side. I would like to explore them further but I'm not 100% convinced. However, Puppies_On_Acid, get ready for round 2. 299796 km/s by In the Woods... was pretty solid

And here's the song that isn't bad at all, just the worst in pretty strong round. Unfortunately for you, I was pretty sure after just one listen that this song is going to get eliminated. It has grown on me for sure, but others did as well. However, it was the only one that bored me a little, it's 6 minutes of same pace, without any tempo changes. Don't get me wrong, it's still pretty solid and enjoyable but there wasn't X factor that would make me really like it.

I don't know why you thought this might be too safe, it's not at all. This is unlike anything I heard before. I mean, it's indie pop/rock but with a jazzy twist (or that's just a singer's voice). Singer sounds like someone between Frank Sinatra and Robbie Williams. As for Cherry Ghost their second album where Kissing Strangers is taken from is in my opinion a hidden gem.

I listened to the first bark psychosis album, it's pleasant but not really that compelling
