Dedicated to Chaos is the twelfth studio album by Queensr˙che. The album was released first in Japan on June 21, 2011, and a week later in the United States on June 28, 2011, and is the band's first album for Roadrunner Records' Loud & Proud label. Like the 2009 release American Soldier, Dedicated to Chaos was recorded by Queensr˙che as a quartet; Parker Lundgren, who was a guest guitarist in this album, subsequently became a permanent member of the band

I think Around the World had a lot of potential, and there are many bands that I can imagine doing a fantastic cover. However, there isn't a band out there--not even the mighty Dream Theater--that could do anything to save Get Started (which is also such a stupid song title!).

There are several songs on here that would have been better had they been performed by a different band. The Lie sounds like something Aerosmith could have pulled of successfully.

Around the World and Get Started are just inoffensive tunes and not as bad lyrically as this one (or Hot Spot Junkie).

Get Started (which is also such a stupid song title!).

I dunno, I think beginning the album with a song called "Get Started" is a nice little nuance. At least it shows they paid some attention to the """""structure""""" of this album, but then again, that's not saying much when it's one of the few songs that can even be classified as a song to begin with.

Definitely this. When it comes to any art, execution is everything, it's just a matter of how much effort you put into it. Even Wot We Do could've been decent if they actually gave a shit. If you wanna hear a version of Wot We Do that's actually decent, check out In A World Of Our Own by Yes. It's not an amazing song by any means, but it at least shows you can build a laid back bar atmosphere (which is what I think they were going for but it's hard to tell) without being the literal worst thing ever.
