I still need Sacul and Stadler's songs but I've given all the others one listen. If I don't have them by tomorrow morning I will continue listening to the other round 2 songs and probably start declaring people safe on Monday evening. Of course, I will still allow those two to submit their sonsgs in case that does happen, but they would get less listens if I don't have them in time

So far so good, solid round. The highs I'd say aren't as high as previous rounds on first impression, but the lows are a fair bit better

this is also by far the heaviest round so far, what's up with you guys, you take your evil pills?

I tried, I would do vocals again but I think this round I'm gonna give in to hangmanen for 1 round to please the audience. Going mainstream

I just listened to that Bear Ghost album, my god, that's one of the best albums I listened to in a long time. And Funkle Phil is an instant classic, what a song!

I liked John Frusciante. I generally don't like ballads a lot but some of my favourite tunes I guess are ballads, just harder for me to connect with.

EDIT: Oh yeah so the reason there's only 10 is I don't have Stadler's song yet. So he sent me a song that's over the time limit, do you think it's fair to pick another song from that same album that doesn't exceed the limit if I don't have the song by tomorrow? Or no mercy? I think I wouldn't give him the benefit of the doubt if he didn't submit anything at all, but since it's just that I couldn't accept it the first time I think it's fair to give him another chance.

I would say that's not a good idea—you might pick a shitty song—but from the spectator's perspective that could be fun, so that's a great idea.

Right now I have 5 songs at the top and they're so close I literally could pick any of them as the round winner right now. This round will need some more listens than the others for sure. Also one clear least favourite right now

and one other kind of meh track that is ok but clearly worse than the other 9

I'm pretty sure the Darkest Hour song is Tunguska, but I think you have too many letters in there.

By the way, that Darkest Hour album (Deliver Us) is pretty rad. Although the album before it (Undoing Ruin) is better IMO.
