Morning.  Worked 11  1/2 hours during a blizzard here.  We got 15 inches of snow.  Got home and just snowblowed the driveway and walkway.  Sat down at 815pm.  Long day.

I'm gassed.  I've been fighting a cold as well.  I'm worn down.  Got my godson Saturday and Sunday.  We are meeting up with the family to see Star Wars again.  I'll have 2 godsons with me.   I love seeing their eyes light up.

The forecast for the next few days is 42°C, 45°C, 41°C, 36°C (108F, 113F, 106F, 97F), and today was 36C/97F. I'm gonna be wiped without even doing anything. Which is good, because you better believe I'm not doing anything.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

-33C windchill factor here this morning, which translates to about -28F.  Luckily, no bomb-cyclone or anything.  Atlantic provinces are getting hammered with 70MPH winds I hear.  Lots of power outages.

Damn you were up late there Jay.  At least, I hope it was 'late', and not early.

Just trying to re-arrange the layout of my home office to be a little more functional.  Not sure I'm making any progress.  Yesterday was busy as hell - putting all the xmas stuff away.  jingle.girls got the trees down on Thursday, and we polished off the rest of it yesterday.  Now time to clean.  Plus I got some errands to do, workout, and pack - got my first business-related trip in over a year this week.

Summer.
I woke up at 9:30am yesterday morning after only 3 hours sleep and couldn't get back to sleep because of the heat, so I was fucking wiped out last night and went to bed at 11pm even though it was still hot as hell upstairs, and instantly crashed and just woke up.
