Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

Can you imagine some alien race comes to a large nebula they've never seen before, and it just turns out it's the Federation's dumping ground for space-smile?
And TAC can suck it , this is heavy in all the right places.  :tup

As a kid I loved Astronauts and Dinosaurs.  Weird combo but you know some jackass will make a movie out of this idea.

Morning new chat thread!
I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Well, both would be inaccurate, since Megatron was the first one on the moon.

I knew you had that loophole to the argument, but I just had to bait you with a Transformers movie memory.  Be careful not to ever make reference about the Knights of the Round Table.

Constructi-testicles?
"Give me your face"?
"You've got the touch"?
Parachuting dead Optimus Prime?
Transforming humans?

Just think... if you and King didn't have the GD chat thread, you'd both be in the low 20k range!  Only 2000 or so to go to catch Hef.  You should have it done by Christmas, since he hasn't posted in almost 2 months.   :sadpanda:  I, on the other hand, still have 4500 or so to go to catch Kotow.

BTW... I still giggle uncontrollably at the post you made about him a long time ago when he mentioned how he'd just found out he was allergic to something... "Is it happiness.  I'll bet it's happiness".  POTY candidate right there.

I doubt I'll catch up very quickly. I don't post nearly as much as I used to even though I'm still around as much, and even then mostly in the chat thread these days, which are the first to go when posts get culled.

It's not even 11am and it's already pushing 90F... uuugh.

I decided to take advantage of the slow morning (and the company car's AC) and do some errands that I've been putting off. Had to pick up a few things that were on my list things my boss gave me the okay to pick up, as well as pay a vendor that my old supervisor never paid (walked off with $135 worth of Golf Cart tires and never actually paid them... like WTF!) as well as gassed up / ran the car through the car wash. Sent in the receipts, now just waiting for  bossman to realize that I spent $200 in one trip :lol

:lol I know the feeling, my expense reports are around $25k a year and everytime I submit one I have that feeling of "Oh is the boss going to be OK with this?" even though I've never had a report rejected, it's always in the back of my mind especially since I front the money (well, i guess my credit card does but it's in my name).

I think he likes the fact that I try to save him money. Case in point- our bike here at work has a flat. My old supervisor would have loaded it into the Prius, taken it to a shop on the other side of town, left it there for a week, and then get charged like $50. I just went to fucking Wal-Mart and bought 2 inner tubes for like $15 total.

When we need something, I shop around, instead of just buying the first thing that I find.
