Hey all, just curious who here has seen the new show?

It's a bit cumbersome cause CBS aired the first episode but you had to buy their $5 a month app to get the second one and everything else going forward.

It looked fantastic. It was like watching a  feature film. And I gotta say the actors were firing on all cylinders. I had some qualms with the plot personally, but it was very Abrams / DS9 centric on politics and war.

Anyone else catch it?

I'm really shocked that no one is mentioning this series.  While I understand the subscription pains, so far I've been able to watch both seasons free with a trial and them offering me a month free to get me back.  Regardless, this show is really good.  Especially season 2.  The final episode of the season is just EPIC!  For me it supplants what I always called the best Star Trek episode ever, "The Best of Both Worlds".  I can't wait for season 3!  Just have to get them to give me another freebie month.
