I think Miami's the pick especially if Mariotta is out, but I can't pull the trigger. So I'll take Philadelphia in a matchup I feel just a little better about.

No way I’d trust Cutler in any game. That assclown has fucked me over every time I’ve played an elimination game such as this, whether I picked him to win or lose. Any matchup involving him is an auto “Nope” from me...

A tip we can take from this is: If it's an odd-numbered week of the season (like this was Week 5), don't pick whoever Jacksonville are playing.

This is a tough week for me because I’m weary of picking against the winless teams (something tells me that they have to win eventually, especially the Giants). I’m gonna take New England, because even if I’m wrong, that means my Jets take first place in the AFC East for at least a week.

There is not one game this weekend where I can pick a winner with total conviction.  Even 'who are the Browns playing?' isn't a real strong choice.  That being said, I still have to go with Tennessee.

Yeah, it’s a tough one for sure. Yesterday, I was leaning Jacksonville for this week, but that was before Fournette got hurt. Now with Rodgers out, I think I’m taking New Orleans. It’ll be decent weather, I don’t think GB’s defense will stop Brees and Co. very well, and their offense is now crippled, literally and figuratively. For now, I’m taking the odds that the Saints come marching in and have their way.

At least two of us will move on.  The Count has to wait for the late game.
[edit:  I don't see the 'Niners making up a 37 point deficit]

After the Vikes made quick work of the Ravens (under 2 hours 45 minutes), we were treated to bonus coverage of the Titans-Browns FG fest.  A 'who really cares?' ......unless you have the Titans in a DTF survivor contest!  The most excitement I had all day (other than Justin Tucker's 57 yard FG).  My second OT win this season in this contest.

Tradition keeps me from taking J'ville.  I'm going with Seattle as well (mostly due to the Potatoes banged up OL)
