Yes, good read.  I like that he gave us the history of how he became JP's tech.  Thanks for posting!

Just the article I needed. I was having that exact problem with my Floyd rose after changing strings. I would have never thought about tightening the springs to compensate the bridge being elevated above the body drastically raising the action. It was like a tuning nightmare, back and forth back and forth just to go out again.  That article was very helpful. :tup
