Any other FREE options for posting pictures here? Seems Photobucket won't let me do it anymore without paying.

I use Facebook. If there pics that I don't want to post to FB, I message them to a friend who uses messenger for the same thing, then copy the link from there.

Thank you. I just created an Imgur account. Uplaoding is a hell of a lot easier than Assbucket.

I don't have Facebook. DTF IS my facebook.

I also just switched from Photobucket, the bandwith thing was already pretty crappy but their recent update... I wonder if they're going to lose many users, as I bet a lot of them use Photobucket for posting images to other sites

They just lost me....as I to just created an Imgur account. the whole charging for 3rd party hosting or whatever the heck they wanted to charge me for did it.

Yup they finally got me last night so had to move my banner onto imgur (which gave me the opportunity to fix it too).

I do wonder if the money they make from people who now pay will offset the ad revenue lost from all the people (like us) who are now completely dropping it.

I closed my Photobucket account a few days ago. I barely use it any more anyway because the interface is total ass, and I mostly use either imgur or my own site these days.
The only reason anyone is going to pay for a feature they've been able to get for free from every site for the past decade is because they've already got a ton of pictures on Photobucket, but I think Photobucket are overestimating how much people are willing to be held random for, for the sake of short term convenience.
Sure, a very small percentage of people will take the hit, at least for now, but I don't see it being sustainable long term. You can get your own website with infinite storage space for cheaper than this rort. I expect a change of plans and price drops within a year, or they'll just fade away.

I can still link to my PB pictures. Is there a bandwidth allowance now or something? I've certainly noticed a helluva lot of dead pictures recently.

Still the mobile version? It's pretty easy from desktop, but I haven't used it on smartphone.

That's the problem, i don't think they have a link on the mobile version. None do unlike Photobucket who did.

I havent used the app, but on desktop all the info you need to link to the image are on the right side.

I've always found imgur to have a confusing layout, but must say it's soo much quicker to use.
