Along with On this Perfect Day Survivor, we will also have one for the second Star One album! Russell Allen, Damian Wilson, Floor Jansen and Dan Swano were once again brought together to perform on this Arjen's side project, arguably the heaviest one. It's pretty clear what will happen in Round 1, so perhaps you should take these extra two days just to refresh your memory of this record, and then the true fight will begin.

The deadline for this round is 48 hours.
This first band is Soen very cool swingy jazz fusion kinda stuff.

I vote for the intro obviously... then it's either sitting in the bench, or try to listen to it again, I heard it 2-3 times at the beginning of the whole survivor but by now I forgot it all  :D
I use my sig to pimp some bands from Italy! Check out Elvenking (Power / Folk metal), Folkstone (Rock / Medieval metal), Arcana Opera (Gothic/Noir/Heavy metal) and the beautiful voice of Elisa!

Seriously, I would rather listen to the intro track over Blade Runner.  Can't stand that tune.  The only blemish in an otherwise flawless album.  The 'alt' or 'punk' or whatever vibe Arjen was going for was completely lost on me.

I fear for the day when something happens on the right that is SO nuts that even Stadler says "That's crazy".

I know tastes and all, but "alt" or "punk" vibe isn't something I would associate with that song.

Lolwut if anything it's closest to doom metal but it has nothing to do with alt or punk at all & is easily the best track on the album

Well, whatever you want to call it is fine by me.  It's honestly been years since I listened to it, so I'm probably mis-representing it.  But however it is accurately classified, I think it's crap and will be voting it until it's gone.  As I said in the discog thread, I'd have much rather had The Road on the core album, but recognize that wouldn't exactly be "Star One", since it's just one character - hence the usage of a single voice in Mike Andersson.
