Nice! Definitely cool. I'm torn on buying it but it's still very neat. Yeah, not surprising at all Wilson didn't want anything to do with it, and quite frankly I can't blame him considering the onslaught of "this means a comeback!" comments he'd get or questions over analyzing it if he did.
Well, to be fair, Porcupine Tree has been such a substential part of his life that he can't really avoid it and the way he seems to want to avoid anything related to Porcupine Tree at this point seems weird and, frankly, rather childish. The fans of Porcupine Tree still deserve some sort of closure, as far as I'm concerned. Right, I get it, the band doesn't exist anymore, but the way it went down was downright weird and dissatisfying. I personally don't get why Steven Wilson would
not want to work on a book that supposedly describes a HUGE period of his own life.
I thought Lifting Shadows was an amazing read. I'll probably get this one as well, as soon as it's up for order
