I used to own that album. Looks like a lot of the same players are involved.

I have no idea who all but 4 of those artists are.

Talisman, that's a band I haven't heard in a while.  :metal

I've got Dragon Attack and it's got some good stuff.  A lot of times these tribute CDs are just repackaged over and over and over again.  Sometimes a few tracks will be different but most are previously released.

Anthrax doing It's Late sounds like it would be fantastic. I had no idea they ever covered it.

I've had this for eons, and gave it one or two spins.  James does a fair job on OV.

The oddball cut is 'Fat Bottomed Girls'.  I played this at a USA Queen convention during the late night dance segment.  It certainly got its share of 'WTF' reactions....but it is fun

Their copy/spoof of BoRhap is silly fun as well.
...going along with Dragon Attack's Queen thread has been like taking a free class in Queen knowledge. Where else are you gonna find info like that?!

Good song list.

By the way, no joke, but the guy from "Panic! At the Disco" sings the SHIT out of BoRhap on their latest album and tour.   My daughter (who knows - and loves - the original) went to see him/them (I think it's him under a band name) and was blown away by it.

Doesn't surprise me that Jeff Scott Soto/Talisman showed up on this one.  I need to check it out.

Take a few minutes and watch this cover of Bohemian Rhapsody by virtuoso ukulele player Jake Shimabukuro.  Trust me.

Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.
