And with that, my entire top four from consolations is eliminated. So my main voting stake here is keeping the most undeserving song out of finals.

Just a note that this is in fact the last round of consolations because the remaining four songs will all advance to finals, and I don't see much of point in precisely ranking the top four consolations songs, since they'll be ranked once and for all in finals (unless a bunch of people post in this thread that they feel really strongly like that's something that has to be done).

When I record the consolations results for posterity in the results thread, I'll just order them by total votes received during consolations, obviously with the least total votes getting #1, second least #2, etc. I don't know for sure off the top of my head, but my guess is that the total vote count goes like this: The Evil That Men Do < Aces High < The Number of the Beast < Rainmaker < The Book of Souls (the only part of that I'm shaky about is whether Beast or Rainmaker received more).
And if spirit's a sign,
Then it's only a matter of time

Rainmaker, but it was a tough call against the brilliant but massively overplayed 666.
I use my sig to pimp some bands from Italy! Check out Elvenking (Power / Folk metal), Folkstone (Rock / Medieval metal), Arcana Opera (Gothic/Noir/Heavy metal) and the beautiful voice of Elisa!

Rainmaker, but it was a tough call against the brilliant but massively overplayed 666.

I really don't get the argument that because the song is overplayed that makes it less good than it is.. I mean, it can upset you about the band's decision of the setlist, but actually changing the way you feel about the song is an entirely different thing.. :-\

Anyways, went with The Book of Souls..

Yeah, but my undecision was because I don't really "super-love" the song. Enjoy it very much, yes, consider it one of my all time Maiden favorites, no. I consider The Trooper another super overplayed song but I never get tired of hearing it live.
