The DLR yelp at the start over the piano cracks me up.

If you like this sort of stuff Coz you should get a CD by a band called The Black Sweden  (album was called Gold ) - full of metal/pop (mostly ABBA) mashups.

I've really gotten into the mashups of a guy called Neil Cicierega lately. They very often had me howling with laughter on first listen, with songs matching that you wouldn't even think of putting together. I'll just leave this here:

I can't link it cuz it was never officially released to Youtube but Paul Gilbert's Live Mashup of "To Be With You" and "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" from Guitar Wars is totally the bees knees.

The mashup worked well until the chorus, which made it obvious that it's another song.  :lol

Umphrey's is the first band I thought of when I saw the thread. Love the MJ/Pink Floyd one as well, even if the vocals in the MJ section are a little rough.

I was always fond of Paul doing a Spice Girls song and then throwing the Stairway solo in there :lol

Here's a great live video I just watched of James Hetfield, Billie Joe Armstrong, and Joe Satriani doing a mashup of Turn the Page and Boulevard of Broken Dreams.

All Star mashups have become a phenomenon of their own - hell, there's even a subreddit dedicated to them! :lol My favorites are The Sound of Smash Mouth, In the End, You're an All Star, Do You Believe in Smash Mouth? and this mix between All Star and the USSR anthem.

Other good ones:
Carly Rae Jepsen & NIN - Call Me a Hole and I Really Like a Hole
Nirvana & Dead or Alive - Spins Like Teen Spirit
Lady Gaga & Meshuggah - Bleedarazzi
Adele & Dragonforce - Rolling in the Fire and Flames

Someone decided to take the Sgt. Pepper album and replace all the lyrics so that they're about Star Wars.  It's surprisingly well done.

There's some hilarious DT mashups around. The Enemy Inside vs Shake It Off by Taylor Swift, and BMUBMD vs Coco Jambo by Mr President, for two.
