Yeah, I was relistening to this album today and it's way better than I remember it being
I thought for some time to BE as 6-7 songs plus some narrative fillers, and in the web I read reviews that consider the album interesting but with lack of music. Instead that are many tracks which are far from metal but that are really good. It's impressive the atmosphere and the landscape that Imago creates, and Pluvius Aestivus is pure class.
The short tracks make the album flow really well and the reprises of melodies are chosen perfectly, and most of the times are clever and not as evident as the ones in TPE for example. A lot of genres are touched but the sound of the album makes everything is coherent. I don't know how to place BE in the album ranking...
