I've got to make it until next weekend, and then I'm in Portland Maine for a beer festival, which actually starts a string of weekend plans/trips that carries me through Labor Day weekend. Been a brutal week so far, but hopefully back to normal today.

So my itinerary tomorrow is:

Wake up at 4:45.
Leave the house no later than 6.
Drive 140 miles (approx 3 hours) to client site in PA, arrive as close to 9 as possible.
Work.
Depending on the time our day concludes, my crew may go to dinner up there to wait out rush hour...to drive the 140 miles home.

Already 2 coffee's into the morning.  Hoping for a mostly lazy day today, but alas... chores need to be done.  0% chance of rain today (according to weathernetwork.com).  Then again, it said 60% chance of rain yesterday afternoon, and not a drop... so who the hell knows?!?

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Spent most of the afternoon on the deck reading... took a nap... now have food on the BBQ.  It's been a wicked awesome day weather-wise.  We've had all the doors/windows open to air out the house, and it's only 76F in here still.
