I'm flying to Florida at 2:20pm, doing an oil change on my bike, visit my grandma, my old job, and my brother at his new job.

Then I'm going to try and wake up tomorrow at 6am and drive back with my bike to Charlotte.

I couldn't remember when you were picking up the bike, but thought it was probably that. How long do you anticipate the ride will take? I assume you're going to be doing that in one day?

In a car it takes about 8 hours but I thinking between 10-11 on a bike.

More gas stops and probably longer gas stops so I can stretch. I'm trying to make a playlist to listen to while I ride right now.

So we are all as a family visiting dad today then going to Portsmouth, N.H. for a birthday dinner for my brother and his wife.  Their birthdays are 12 days apart.

My father went through that a couple of years ago. They removed half of his lung just to be on the safe side. His breathing has never been the same since then but he survived and cheated death a second time.

I have access to...certain people. So, I suppose it's cheating a bit but both my parents have survived cancer thanks to the attention I was able to get for them. Obviously this won't always be possible but I try to take advantage of it while it's still an option.
