Pain Of Salvation Survivor 2017 - Remedy Lane - Round 1
« on: February 07, 2017, 01:39:14 PM »
While the final round of TPE is still active, I post the first round of Remedy Lane. I think the vote to the instrumental Remedy Lane is the right one, but I wanted to do again a first round with the possibility of voting only one song, as usual.

Yea, RL. If only for it's odd placement on the album. Would have made a better overture/opener. Though I'd still be voting for it.

Where is Thorn Clown? Or will you include it in some bonus survivor? I'm so used to hearing the album with Thorn Clown on it.

My vote goes to the title-track as well. Works far better as an opener, as they've done on the RL-in-full live concerts, but is still the weakest link.
Hey dude slow the fuck down so we can finish together at the same time.

I know what I'm voting for next, but after that.....no idea.

Luckily it'll take a while for my next vote to be eliminated, so I got time to think about it.

Yes, I'm going to make a single poll where the 2 most voted bonus tracks will join consolations. I don't think a bonus track survivor would be interesting

Waking Every God

It sucks to see the title track go out first every time we do this. Sure it's short... but the ending theme reprise is one of the most epic pieces on the entire album.

Waking Every God

One of my favs.

Title track, really annoying where it's placed IMO.
Everyone else, except Wolfking is wrong.

Must've been Kwyji sending all the wrong songs.   ;D

Or maybe in another place, but not right after Dryad Of The Woods. Of Two Beginnings as opener works well.

So close to voting Rope Ends but I realized that wouldn't be terribly honest.  Next round, though..

The title track really doesn't belong anywhere on the album and shoulda just been removed.
