This album is a monumental dropoff from Divine Wings.... It would be a chore to actually listen to it from start to stop. But with that said, some okay tracks and 2 very good ones....

I disagree with your overall sentiment regarding the album. It was my introduction to them and has always been a favorite of mine. That being said, I agree with your first pick.

Yeap, all of this.. Although I just actually listened to it... wasn't that bad, it's a SX's album after all... well, except for Orion's chorus, which absolutely sucks..

It's weird to see people who love The Divine Wings Of Tragedy and absolutely don't like this album. It's not that different to me.
Lady Of The Snow is as great as Candlelight Fantasia, Through The Looking Glass is the excellent long song as it was The Divine Wings Of Tragedy (even if I prefer TDWOT), the two openers of the album are of the same style and quality. Church Of The Machine is another great song to me. I suppose people don't like Orion, The Relic and In The Dragon's Den at all.

I think is an average SX's album, is not that I don't like it.. It's good.. But the rest of the albums, except the first two, are way much better.. CotM, as well as others, doesn't do anything for me... the chorus is cool, but the rest is so predictable that I don't feel something special at all by listening to the album as a whole.. SaM rocks hard though..

But, again, I don't even see in TtLG the masterpiece a lot of ppl seem to see.. And yeah, I have three that I don't like or dislike, one is Orion, the other two, Sonata and LotS.. The Relic and ItDD are fine IMO..

Opinions, like always.. I for instance find weird that so many precisely likes this album..
