The bronze medal goes to Pareidolia!

So, this is what it comes down to in the Final round of the Haken Survivor 2016. Celestial Elixir versus Falling Back to Earth. Two songs characterised by lengthy instrumental sections. The longest songs for their respective albums and two crowd-pleasers in the band's live setlists. Falling Back to Earth has never been played as an encore, but has been played more than twice as often as Celestial Elixir - a song the band chooses to only play occasionally nowadays (if setlist.fm is to be believed).

This round will last two days instead of one and the results will be hidden until the poll has ended. This is to ensure everybody gets their votes in and to have some sort of extra 'suspense' in not knowing what song is leading. There's not really a good reason to do this, other than that I've done it this way for every Haken Survivor so far. Of course, you're free to post whatever you're voting for in the comments.

Love how the symphonic overture turns into a polka party. Love that part to death, this song deserves to be chosen as Haken's best.

Few bands have such a clear best song as Celestial Elixir for Haken.

It might be a land-slide indeed, but I wanted to give everyone a chance to vote as well.
Anyway, before this all ends, I want to thank everybody who voted. Whatever the outcome, this was an interesting Survivor indeed. Especially the Consolation rounds were pretty brutal for two staples in the Finals.
