The band's fourth album, the first and last studio LP with Derek Sherinian, has been met with some mixed reviews across the board, but it's not without some classics and spectacular epics! Record company noodling and writing changes through the whole process churned out a mixed-bag of an album, and while the band has brought back some of the songs' original demo formats in the live stage, we're here to focus on what the actual LP gave us, so let's all vote out "You Not Me" first. :lol :tup loljk

For me, Burning my Soul, Just Let Me Breathe, and You Not Me are the only songs that are in the lower tier for me. The rest are great.

And truthfully, I really don't care about the first couple of songs that are eliminated as long as my top three: Peruvian Skies, Lines in the Sand, and Hell's Kitchen make it through, so no worries!

And I can say the same for JLMB.  I really enjoy that song.  To each their own, but it has always seemed a consensus that YNM was one of DT's most disliked songs.  This actually shows to me that maybe that is not the case, I expected it to lose easily, but there is some competition.
