And we're back! I hope everybody had good holidays, I surely did. Even though I saw some activity in other survivors I wouldn't have had the time to create threads with all the family gatherings I had to attend. So, here we go again, with a tie-breaker round, since the last one ended in a tie between the two shortest songs left (what a surprise!).

Knock one song out of the tournament, you know the drill. The top three will surely continue, either in Consolation or in the Finals.

That electro-section bit actually sounds so lifeless but when it turns into that guitar riffy it becomes great

Earthrise is amazing.. But yeah, TEK is better..

The song has everything I like from Haken: a nice start, good verse melodies, great choruses, innovation that excites -I don't mean the car but the electronic part, which I like-, an awesome solo, a section that stand outs of the classic estructure of a common song, and we even have that pretty ambient section before the final chorus..

Not the best song on that album because Initiate and The Architect exist, but easily a top 5 of the entire catalogue..

Regarding this survivor; I'm planning to have this running in full again from next Monday. In the past two weeks I've only been home 2 evenings, so I've been very busy. I'm back home on the 2nd of January and I'll properly resume it then. Have a good night tonight on New Year's Eve!
