Actually, I heard every song only once but I did pretty big first impressions writeups (I'll post that as well with final writeups). However, you can expect results pretty soon, maybe even this weekend.

Qu'ils mangent de la brioche!

Quote
Bass player is the winner of this song.

I like it when singer’s voice gets gritty.

Guitar tone sounds literally like metal.

Those subtle backing vocals add some awesomeness.

Chorus is a big improvement over verses.

I feel there’s little bit too much to grasp on first listen.

I’m not that big fan of the genre but I can see myself listening to this.

Guitar riffs are basic but tone is killer.

I can't say much about it, it's nice but nothing more.

This seemed shorter than it really is.

Strumming guitar part is pretty good.

I think this would work even better if I laid down while listening to it.

And I knew exactly what to do. But in a much more real sense, I had no idea what to do. - Michael Scott

Not sure which one is mine. Could be second, third (because it is metal), fifth, eighth, ninth (I hope not) and tenth.

uhhh I have literally no idea which of those write-ups is mine, except that the guitar tone in my song literally sounds like metal, indeed.

By the way, 'Floods' is a pretty bad song for Pantera, even though it has a pretty amazing guitar solo.

Tbh I knew it was highly likely Tomi had heard some Pantera before, I thought I'd take a gamble and send something that was a little bit different, by Pantera standards. I could easily see it backfiring  :lol I've never done well in a roulette, no reason to start now!

No, you're banned!
I accidentally replaced band and song (even though it's obvious what is what) when I was initially copying it into spreadsheet and I haven't realized it because I have program doing hangman for me

After couple more listens I feel this is pretty consistent round. But I can't compare it to anything since it's round 1. There probably won't be super high scores but the worst songs are pretty good, too. I don't know how rest of you do it, it's so hard to compare and score so different songs :lol
