Also:

Bass: Philip Bynoe
Guitar: Dave Weiner
Drums: Jeremy Colson
If it was Phil Colson in drums, I would lose my mind.

Is Tony playing in his band as well, or is he without a keyboardist and third guitar?

Keys and Harp:Deborah Henson-Conant

I didn't see her in any videos I watched, but that doesn't mean she's not there.

While I'm not really all that mindful of bucket lists...

I'm not at all, in fact I kind of hate that very idea, but I didn't know how else to phrase it.  But you nailed it:  I'm younger than most of the guys I'm going to see, and so I prioritize (except for Rival Sons; they SMOKED as the openers for Sabbath).

I've seen Satriani several times (never intentionally)

That got a laugh out loud.   I saw Vai with Roth back in the day, and I feel like he'd be different.   He's not a "black t-shirt and jeans" guy, and as you perceptively noted, it's not as if his music is a straight beat for him to wail over (even Yngwie's material can be sometimes like that).   I fully admit that my opinion may be biased, since I want to see Vai, I'm indifferent to QR, and I wouldn't walk across the street to see Stryper (and no, not because of the religion thing; I just never connected with the music).

If you're going to two shows, I'd say Vai and Stryper.  QR will be around for a while longer.  Vai will probably never play P&W in its entirety again.  And, you'll never get to see Stryper again.

If it's down to one, I'd say Vai.  He's the only one you haven't seen in one form or another.  Plus, the guy is a monster!  I've seen him at G3 twice.  He's very entertaining to see live.  And, that album is amazing!  If I wasn't seeing Temple of the Dog at MSG within a week of the Vai show, I'd be there, too.

I'd say see them all.

But I might be rationalizing because I went nuts over Labor Day Weekend and booked

Dream Theater, Marillion, Brand X, and Carl Palmer.  Weeknight concerts now generally kill me so I try to weight them on weekends, but that didn't seem to work out so well this time.
