Notre Dame dropping to 1-3 on a loss to Duke is so good it has to be fattening.

What makes it even better is it might signal the return of the Brian Kelly that got so pissed off in a game against USF that his entire head was fire engine red from yelling at his players.

Hard for a Tar Heel fan to be happy for a Duke win, but this is probably the exception lol

So, Lonestar, the Utes are visiting Cal Saturday. Are we going for a friendly bet like last year?

Looking forward to Clemson/Louisville Saturday night.  If Clemson remembers they are Clemson, it could be a good game.  Otherwise, it will be another slaughter for Louisville.

Yea, thats a big time match up.  Winner has the path to the championship in their hands.

Penn State has two winnable games at home coming up before Ohio State.  They need to win these two to get to a bowl game and have any shot of finishing with a solid record.  Saturday will show a lot against Minnesota.

Just heard that within this calendar year, Notre Dame beat Duke in basketball at Duke, and Duke beat Notre Dame in football at Notre Dame. Ponder that for a minute.

Go UW tomorrow night under the lights!

Badgers kicker out for the year with a bad back and then Thursday night their defensive captain is reported to have a broken foot and is out 2-4 weeks.

Not what you want to hear going into Michigan.

Ha, I hadn't noticed since I don't have avatars visible. But lets go for it, I promise not to be so nice this time if the Utes win again.  :)

We've got a home game coming up against Washington. Should be fun!

If Washington keeps that kind of play up, they're my favorite to win he PAC-12, objectively speaking. Sure, I'd love it if Utah could take it, but they'd have to play lights out after witnessing that utter destruction of Stanford last night. I absolutely did not think that game would be so lopsided.

Did anyone catch the end of the Tennessee-Georgia game?  UT takes the lead with 2.30 left, then Georgia takes the lead with 15 seconds left and then UT scores on a hail mary to win the game.  Looking forward to the Clemson/Louisville game tonight.

Bucky played hard but Michigans d-line dominated the Badgers o-line.  Still had a chance to win though.

Guess they'll take out their frustrations on Ohio St. In two weeks.

Clemson over Louisville was a hell of a game.  IMO, Louisville is still a Top 5 team even in the loss.

Also, that UNC comeback against Florida State was glorious.

Washington looks fantastic right now.

How about Tennessee?

And WTF is up with Cal, RJ?

Yea that Clemson/Lousville game was intense.  Lots of good game Saturday including PSU coming up with a comeback win in OT.  Much needed.  This week they play an undefeated Maryland team that may light up our injured defense.

Bow Down to Washington!

We're baaaaaaack!!!

 :lol

This was how fierce our D played the year we beat Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl.

WE were the Purple Reign Defense. But I swear this team makes it easy to share that moniker. They can't play ahead of themselves, and if they don't can easily run the table.

We want Alabama.... :xbones

Yea I'd love to see a new team like Washington get in the mix and give it to alabama. Washington looks legit for sure.

Happily surprised to see PSU pummel Maryland.

TempusVox,

Yeah, Washington looks great! Other than when you play Utah, I'm pulling for your guys to win out too. The PAC12 needs a powerful representative to get into the playoffs. Stay healthy, because injuries are a bitch.

Hey, Lonestar. I don't remember how long our bet was for but I think it was just for a week. I'm going to change my avatar back now. :)

Fearing a trap game against Indiana who has solid defense. This should be the Huskers first real road test of the year.

Noter Damn is 2-5, and while not likely, could conceivably lose their last 5 games.  Please make that happen.

Ive been sick the last couple days and the benefit was a Saturday in bed and got to watch more games than I had in awhile. Clemson got a gift and Ohio state really touched that game out. I also love how ND is terrible. Alabama is once again legit. Nebraska looks like they got the big10 west, are they last year's Iowa?

another tough loss for Bucky Badger.

if they don't have a let down next week after getting through this brutal schedule they should run the table and get another crack at Michigan or OSU in the title game.

Bama has a good chance to finish undefeated with 4 of 5 final games are at home.  Can LSU, Mississippi State or Texas A&M hang with them? A weak east conference almost ensures they will win the SEC championship game.

Who will the other three playoff teams be?  Clemson or Louisville have a shot along with the winner of Ohio State and Michigan.

Of course you cannot count Washington out, although they have some tough games ahead.

This is the best Husker team in years. The defense is great but the inconsistent offense is going to kill us against quality opponents like Wisconsin and Ohio State. I'm hoping to win 1 of those 2 games and not getting blown out would be great. But if we end up 10-2 I'll be happy. Riley has so far proven that he was the right coaching hire.

Clemson has some issues. At this point I wouldn't be surprise if the Big 10 gets two teams in the playoff.
