My all time favourite album is Troublegum by Therapy? but I nearly always skip track 13 : Unrequited.

It's not bad per se but it's not up to the quality of the other 13 imo.

Sleep Together on PT's Fear of the Blank Planet. It's good song but for me easily the worst on the album. I don't skip songs if I listen to whole album though.

Sorry, that's me assuming everyone will know what I'm talking about.

It's the weird, slow, bass driven track on Rust in Peace by Megadeth. RiP is probably like my #2 album or something and is just incredible but Dawn Patrol feels so out of place and unlike the rest of the album. I don't necessarily HATE it but I wouldn't miss it if they'd never included it.

Too Hot To Handle (UFO's Strangers In The Night)
Invaders (The Number Of The Beast)
I Want Out (Helloween's Keepers Pt 2.)
Ready To Rock (Michael Schenker's MSG)
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Three that came to mind - I've only chosen ones where the quality of those tracks is pretty poor compared to the rest of the album:

Screenager by Muse on Origin of Symmetry
The Thing That Should Not Be by Metallica on Master of Puppets
Jet Pilot by System of a Down on Toxicity
Whoaaaahh, ohhh, ohhhhh. Whoaaaahh, ohhhhh, ohhhhhh. Waaah, ahhh, haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaowwwwww

That's ironic since Screamager is a therapy? song on troublegum.

For me it's not a dislike as much as just plain indifference.

I feel the same way about Fitter Happier from OK Computer. Wouldn't go as far as to say I dislike it.

Tbh Sleep Together works way better on a live setting - last SW gig that one was played and with my friend we got into a deep trance. So fucking visceral.

Maybe Sunlight on Weather Systems. Wonderful song, but feels not that different from the rest, so...

And definitely Brain Damage.

A Last Straw by Robert Wyatt on Rock Bottom - Still an amazing song but if I had to pick a least favorite on there.

The Seventh Seal by Aphrodite's Child on 666 - Excluding the spoken work tracks cause that's cheating. Still, Seventh Seal works great as a segue into Aegian Sea.

Dixie by Harmonium on Si on avait besoin d'une cinquième saison - I love the album for how beautifully melodic it is, and this track is only slightly less so than the rest. Still a really fun song though.

I know right? As I said though, I don't necessarily hate it, it just feels weird and slightly out of place.

If we're talking Metallica, then Leper Messiah and Escape. Again, I don't hate these songs but to me they are really mediocre songs on otherwise perfect albums. Like, I literally LOVE every other song on Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppet.

I can sort of see the point of the thread, but with my all time favorite albums, I consider them 10/10 for a reason and there's no weak spots if they rank that high. However, if we go down the list a bit, I think there are several 9/10 or 8/10 albums where 1 song might bump down the overall score. Need to think a bit though.  :P

Ready To Rock (Michael Schenker's MSG)

Never Trust a Stranger is the only song that I skip on that album. Easily my favorite MSG album.

I wouldn't call it a song. More of a segue. Since there's no "proper" music or vocals on it.

What's on My Mind - the one merely good song from Leftoverture; the other seven all range from great to amazing.

Emotion Detector on Rush, Power Windows.

It's not a back song at all.  It's is a fantastic album.

My favorite album of all time is Going For The One, and there really isn't a bad track on there (though Parallels is my least favorite).  Hemispheres, perfect.   Images and Words, perfect.  Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, perfect.  Asia, perfect.

Hmm...  Powerslave, maybe Flash of the Blade or The Duellists (neither song is as strong as everything else on the record).   Wind and Wuthering, Your Own Special Way.  I used to put Clutching at Straws here (Sugar Mice) but since the live "Surrounded" from Chaos in Motion, that song has new life, so it belongs in the "perfect" list.

As big of Maiden fan as I am, I was never a big Powerslave guy. But the long instrumental part in The Duellists is awesome.

City of Evil is my favorite Avenged Sevenfold album but it's a struggle to get through Seize the Day. If it wasn't for the fantastic outro and flawless transition into Sidewinder, I would probably skip it every time.

M.I.A. is one of the best A7X songs  but Seize the Day is lovely aswell.

To me the only song worth mentioning off that album is Burn It Down

Well, for 'The Beatles', 'Revolution 1' and the whatever it is 'Revolution 9' are replaced with 'Revolution' and 'Hey Jude'.

And 'Within You, Without You' on Sgt. Pepper is tossed for 'Strawberry Fields Forever' and 'Pennylane' (since they were the first two from that session).  It is just something that lost any appeal decades ago.

One of my five favorite Queen albums is 'Innuendo'.  When released, their first strong album from start to finish in over a decade. I have not listened to 'Delilah' in its entirety since the first spin.  It's no wonder that their drummer, Roger Taylor, walked out during the recording.
...going along with Dragon Attack's Queen thread has been like taking a free class in Queen knowledge. Where else are you gonna find info like that?!
